1. Once you have decided on what you would like to purchase, please read the terms and conditions then, simply click on the *ADD TO BASKET button below that item. The item will then be added to your shopping cart.
   
   
2. If you would like to add something else to your cart, click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button. You will then be given the opportunity to add another item to your cart.
   
   
3. If after step 1 you are ready to pay for your item, click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
   
   
4. Next you will be required to enter some personal details including name, address, email and payment details.
   
   
5. Once you have completed filling in your information click on the SUBMIT button. Your payment will now be processed via Paypal.
   
   
6. Once your payment has been processed you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed successfully.

* If you chose to hire a TENS machine you will also be required to fill in your due date so that we can dispatch the item 3 weeks before your due date.

* If you are ordering a birthing ball you will need to select what size of ball you require.
