DELIVERY

Bumps 2 Birth offer 1st class postage on all items to the UK, Northern island and the Channel Islands. We aim to deliver your items within 1 working day of the order, therefore you should receive your goods within 2-3 working days of your purchase.

Delivery is free on all orders over £25.00, orders under £25.00 will be charged a postage rate of £2.95.

Special delivery is available on TENS machines at a cost of £5.99. Please e-mail us if special delivery is required on any other product and I will reply with post and packaging costs.

 

REFUNDS

We are happy to offer refunds for any reason providing that they are returned in original condition within 14 days of your purchase.  However, please note that any delivery charges incurred will be deducted from the refund , even if your purchase qualified for free delivery.  The customer will also be responsible for the return delivery costs.

Refunds can not be offered for birthing balls which have been inflated.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Please e-mail me with details of faulty goods and appropriate action will be taken as a matter of urgency.  Bumps 2 Birth will offer a replacement or full refund on faulty goods.
